There are lots of ways to say "I love you" on Valentines Day, but for people who like their cars fast and electric, a Tesla Roadster tops a dozen roses. Quite possibly, two dozen. At least, that's what the northernmost Tesla Motors fan thinks.
Jens Kratholm just made the vast majority of men on the planet look bad as he bought his girlfriend a brand new Roadster 2.5. Of course, he could have just been fed up with her asking for the keys to his own Tesla... but we won't bring that up on such an auspicious day.
Funny thing is, this isn't the first electric sportscar Jens has purchased for a woman he loves. Attending school in Denmark, his daughter also has a Roadster 2.5. To borrow the sentiment expressed on Tesla's Facebook page, you can't spell love without "EV"!
The Narvik, Norway resident lives 137 miles (220 km) north of the Arctic Circle and uses his car to drive along the fjord year round. Apparently the Telsa's traction control helps motor through the snow as well as reindeer, only faster. The presence of electric Roadsters lving happily ever after this far North also puts lie to the claim this technology can't handle winter.
